1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hs555 ("hs555", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the hs555 website at hs555.org and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and all related promotional activities (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using the hs555 Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the hs555 Platform.

2. Eligibility

• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of hs555, nor are you a close family member of such a person.
• You are of sound mind and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

hs555 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) hs555 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested by hs555. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information at all times. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

hs555 operates a Know Your Customer verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention standards. hs555 reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3.3 Account Ownership

Your hs555 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise shared with any third party. hs555 accounts are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the Platform.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your hs555 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a unique, strong password for your hs555 account not used for any other service.
• Enable SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure.
• Never disclose your password to any third party, including hs555 customer support staff (who will never request your password).
• Log out of your hs555 account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify hs555 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

hs555 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as authorised by you unless you have notified hs555 of a security compromise in a timely manner.

5. Deposits & Payments

hs555 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. hs555 does not accept cash payments or third-party payment arrangements.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• All funds deposited into your hs555 wallet must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. hs555 will not process deposits from third-party accounts.
• hs555 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges for which hs555 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are generally credited within 60 seconds for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.

5.2 Currency

All transactions on the hs555 Platform are processed in PKR. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction as determined by hs555.

6. Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified hs555 account details.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied.
• hs555 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals process within 1–3 business days.

hs555 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or pending KYC verification requirements.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

hs555 offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. The following general conditions apply to all hs555 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.

7.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly permit otherwise.
• hs555 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of system errors.

7.3 VIP Programme

The hs555 VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Black Diamond. Tier advancement is based on cumulative wagering volume within the applicable assessment period. hs555 reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, rewards, and programme structure at any time with reasonable advance notice to affected players.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on the hs555 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market, which are made available within the Platform interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market.

• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been confirmed, except as specifically permitted by the applicable game rules.
• hs555 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an error in odds, market data, or technical malfunction has occurred.
• In-play cricket betting markets are subject to delay and suspension during live events at the discretion of hs555's trading team.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant market or game interface.
• hs555 does not accept liability for the consequences of service interruptions, internet connectivity failures, or device malfunctions during active gaming sessions.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hs555 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Opening or maintaining multiple hs555 accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any game or system component.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent normal game outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward hs555 staff or other players.

hs555 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct and to forfeit all associated funds without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming

hs555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players on the Platform. Gambling is an entertainment activity that carries financial risk. hs555 provides the following player protection tools, accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour waiting period.
• Session Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when your continuous gaming session reaches a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Apply a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or up to 6 weeks.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the hs555 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface design, and trademarks, is the property of hs555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or exploit any Platform content for any commercial purpose without hs555's prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hs555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business, even if hs555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

hs555's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hs555 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13. Termination

hs555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to satisfy KYC requirements. In the event of account closure for cause, hs555 may withhold or forfeit account balances to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You may close your hs555 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with normal procedures. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which hs555 is licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute between you and hs555, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through hs555's internal customer support process before initiating any formal proceedings.

hs555's decisions regarding account management, game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and technical matters are final and binding absent manifest error.

15. Amendments to These Terms

hs555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the hs555 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
